Mistakes I did

Not putting on seat belt and getting distracted by the beeping sound.
Not putting the clutch down fully before changing gears
Removing foot from clutch early in a 2nd or 3rd gear in lower speed caused the engine to stop
Hitting the accelerator instead of Break on critical situations
Not looking to left while turning on roundabouts.
Not looking at the road, but at the steering wheel to check if it's back to straight position
Checking consistently at the gear to know which gear I am in.
Instead of putting 1st gear from 2nd gear, I was putting 4th gear.
Putting clutch and accelerator together.
Not sitting properly without adjusting the car seat forward or backward.
Not checking the hand break position.
