Time is finite and limited.
Energy can be infinite and can be controlled by:
- Body
- Emotions
- Mind and
- Spirit
Manage the activities that consume more energy
Take brief but regular
- Food (every 3 hours)
- Physical activity (every 1.5 to 2hrs)
Signals for physical activity requirement:
- Unable to concentrate
- Hunger
- Yawning
- Restlessness
Fight or flight mode
- Is the biggest energy drainer
- Negative emotion further generates negative emotions to drain out energy completely
- Solution:
  - Buying more time
  - Taking deep breaths from the abdomen five to six times
